Bowmen of Minchinhampton Christmas Extravaganza 2025
20th December at Eastington Community Centre 7pm until Late.
All full members and associate members are invited to the Bowmen of Minchinhampton Christmas Extravaganza on 20th December to be held in the hall at the field where we shoot.
This will be a free event, and as it is the season of goodwill you are also welcome to bring a +1 who is not a member of BoM.
We do, however, need an idea of numbers so please fill out this form to let us know everyone who is coming. Please fill out for yourself, any juniors and also your +1 as required. If you can also mention age group and any dietary requirements so we can tailor the buffet and entertainment to everyone’s needs.

Food & Drink
The club will be providing a buffet & soft drinks. You are welcome to bring along alcoholic beverages but please ensure you have a nominated driver.
Secret Santa Raffle
While this is a free event, we would like to encourage everyone to bring a wrapped Secret Santa present in the value of £5-£10 in exchange for which you will be given a raffle ticket. The draw will happen during the event and as your ticket is pulled you will get to pick an anonymous present to open on Christmas morning. If you are bringing a gift which is not suitable for juniors such as alcohol then please mark the gift 18+
Awards Ceremony
We are planning to hold a fun awards ceremony during the event. This is very much not a serious thing and we would like to encourage everyone to nominate someone for an award of their own making, such as ‘Lost Arrow Award’ for Graham after we spent 20 minutes looking for an arrow which Pauline found in his bow case or ‘Most Handsome Archer Award’ for Simon for obvious reasons (I didn’t write this myself).

How You Can Help
I will be putting out requests for volunteers over the next few weeks for anyone who can help with decorating and preparation on the day. Any time that you can give would be much appreciated.
Please ensure you fill out the form so we have a good idea of numbers to make sure we have enough food and drink for everyone.
